The Challenge
Converting a triplex typically carries exorbitant costs for stripping out redundant infrastructure and consolidating meters, panels, and HVAC systems. The home contained three separate electrical panels on three Hydro meters along with three separate heating systems that had to function safely, cohesively, and to code for a single family.
Our Approach
Rather than tearing out all services, the team analyzed the existing wall layouts and utility routes to preserve as much in place as possible. They meticulously traced, balanced, and labeled every electrical circuit across the three panels. Mechanically, they replaced the old hot water boiler system with an energy-efficient hybrid electric and gas furnace.
