This family had only one bathroom on the second floor and three small bedrooms. The basement was too low for finishing, so we underpinned the old rubble stone walls and finished the basement with a new guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry, storage closet and rec room. We built in lots of cabinetry and shelving to help them stay organized.
