Suzanne brought with her a University of Waterloo architecture degree, an MBA, and nearly a decade of running her own design and renovation consultancy, Renovate with Style. Ricardo brought what great contractors are built on: deep construction expertise, trusted trades, and a team that knows how to get the work done right. 4. **Initial Change Order Approval**: If the scope shifts, we document every change in writing before any additional work begins — so there are never surprises on the final invoice.
5. **CAD, Engineering and Permits**: Our team handles all CAD drawings, structural engineering sign-offs, and municipal permit applications on your behalf, keeping the project legally compliant from day one.
6. **Detailed Project Planning**: We build a week-by-week schedule covering trades, material deliveries, and inspections so every subcontractor is coordinated and on-site at the right time.
7. **Project Kick Off Meeting**: Before the first hammer swings, we bring together the entire site team and walk you through the schedule, daily site access, and who to contact for any questions.
8. **Construction Phase**: Our crew gets to work with daily site supervision and regular client updates. We maintain a clean, safe jobsite and address any field decisions quickly to keep momentum going.
