This family of 6 has 4 teens that needed more room to hang out. The 1980s addition had flooded multiple times and needed surgery to make it watertight and liveable. After correcting the drainage and adding waterproofing and two sump pits, we renovated the space as the ultimate rec room complete with sound system, games tables, hun equipment and snack bar.
